Acts of Valor
Acts of Valor stars Alex Veadov as Christo, Roselyn Sanchez as Morales, Nestor Serrano as Walter Ross and Emilio Rivera. It was said that this movie took over two years to film because of the actually military hardware that is shown in this movie. Everything is as real as the live gunfire on the set to the military aircraft carrier. The most impressive thing about this cast is that they are not real actors, they are active duty Navy Seals, that are replaying their role behind a Hollywood camera. This film was released on the 24th of February, 2012. If it can take the bond that Band of Brothers created in their series, I think this movie is surely to keep the audience and their movie partners interested.

Dhammakaya Meditation Technique for Beginners
This is a meditation technique I found online that may help you relax more. The grammer is sometimes off and a little hard to understand but, I think its still worth a shot. Be peaceful now and try. Of course you have to read it before you actually try it. Try and get your partner or someone with a soothing voice to read it to you and see how it goes. Make sure they read it slow and give time between steps.
The sitting posture which has been found to be the most conducive for meditation is the half-lotus position. Begin by sitting upright with your back and spine straight while sitting cross-legged with your right leg over the left one. You can sit on a cushion or pillow to make your position more comfortable. Nothing should impede your breathing or circulation. Your hands should rest palm-up on your lap, and the tip of your right index finger should touch your left thumb. Feel as if you are one with the ground on which you sit. Feel as if you could sit happily for as long as you like.
Softly close your eyes as if you were falling asleep. Relax every part of your body beginning with the muscles of your face. Then, relax your face, neck, shoulders, arms, chest, and legs. Make sure there are no signs of tension on your forehead or across your shoulders
Close your eyes and stop thinking about the things of the world. Feel as if you are sitting alone; around you is nothing and no-one. Create a feeling of happiness and spaciousness in your mind. Before starting, it is necessary to acquaint yourself with the various resting points or bases of the mind inside the body. The first base is at the rim of the nostril, on the right side for men and on the left side for women. The second base is at the bridge of the nose at the corner of the eye on the right side for men and on the left side for women. The third base is at the center of the head. The fourth is at the roof of the mouth. The fifth is at the center of the throat above the Adam's apple. The sixth base is at a point in the center of the body at the meeting point of an imaginary line between the navel through the back and the line between the two hip joints. Lastly, the seventh base of the mind is two finger widths above the sixth base. This base is the most important point in the body. It is the very center of the body and the point where the mind can come to a standstill.
Feel that your body is empty space, without organs, muscles or tissues. Gently and contently rest your attention at a point near to the seventh base of the mind at the center of the body. Don't entertain thoughts in your mind. Don't analyze what's going on in the meditation. Allow the mind to come to a standstill. That's all you need to do for now. If you find that you're not sure about the location of the center of the body, anywhere in the area of the stomach will do. Persevere because today's daydream is tomorrows still mind; today’s darkness is tomorrows inner brightness; today’s perseverance is tomorrows fulfillment. If you find that you can't dissuade the mind from wandering, then your mind needs an inner object as a focus for attention. Gently imagine that a bright, clear, crystal ball, the size of the tip of your little finger, is located inside at the center of the body. Maybe you'll find you can imagine nothing, but later you'll be able to see a crystal ball of increasing clarity. Allow your mind to come to rest at the very center of the crystal ball.
Make effort continuously; keep your mind bright, clear and pure, and eventually you will achieve your goal.

The Cove Trailer
The Cove
When I first saw this movie, it opened up my eyes to the horror of what humans are capable of doing to mother nature's marine animals. I have known of poaching exotic animals all around the world for food, fur, jewelry, statues and many more useless things. These useless items are bought by people who have no face, no true meaningful hobby, no soul, no heart for living beings. They buy these items just to show off to another and say "Hey, i'm rich look what I have." The killing of marine animals so intelligent such as dolphins and then disguise the meat as whale meat was appalling to me. This movie takes place in Japan and explains an organization out to save marine animals all around the world.
::WARNING::This movie is very real (visually explicit) and emotional.

German Shepherd Forum
This is Lucy, I adopted her in January 2011 from Westside German Shepherd Rescue of Los Angeles. Also while searching the net for more advice and information about this diverse complex breed, I found a great forum for German Shepherds of German and/or American descent. This website has friendly knowledgeable and experienced people who can offer advice or tips on training, general behavior, showing, schutzhund, puppy problems and everything in between. Weather its choosing a puppy, breeding or socializing, this board has it all. It also has information about rescue organization and rescue for GSD.

Veris Cellars Winery
Veris Cellars
"Home to the JanKris, Ben Hogan & Nova Vita Wine". Veris means new beginning which is suitable since they acquired this winery in 2008 from Jankris and kept their famous brand label name. Their best of vlass Jankris is sold in 40 states across the United States.

What attracted me to this place was their relaxing music playing from the front porch, which looked to be from a victorian house built in 1892.
I thought a nice house and comfortable friendly people would come from the looks of this place.
I was right, this place had a friendly staff that offered 6 complementary wine tastings.
Their award winning wine was absolutely tasty and gave me a mellow buzz. After the tastings I decided to walk around and capture some pictures of this day.
There is a circle garden of roses and a nice bench which spoke "Energy" to me. (Roses are not in season in this picture)
Here was a nice rustic hand crafted peacock that actually bobed and moved in the wind.
"Out of Commission"
As I was about to leave, I noticed something awesome. Veris provided their very own Ben Hogan Golf driving range. If you look closely in the middle of the picture you can see the signs of how many yards far out they are.
This is the beautiful view overlooking Templeton, Paso Robles wine country. Overall, this winery provided some of the best wine I have ever tasted, along with excellent aura and customer service.

AVG
AVG Free Antivirus Best free Virus Protection
Avg is an anti-virus freeware that gets rid of... you guessed it viruses and worms...etcIt's a great program that can be trusted not to slow your computer down too drastically while scanning. I recommend program over Norton anti-virus for the fact that it is free and easy to use. I personally have had many problems with Norton anti-virus. Perhaps, its because I use the free version and never update. This still does not give the program great experience, because of the fact it never worked. It actually slowed my computer down to a stand still where I couldn't use any functions on my personal computer anymore. I may even think it gave me a virus. I know it sounds silly, why would they do that? Maybe so I would dish out another $50 for their premium program.
Avg has a virus vault and history that makes scanning then reviewing your past history very easy. Don't forget to delete your viruses or worms off your virus vault, and don't hit the restore button. I have used this program and installed it in customers computers for more than 5 years.

Pro Consumer's Agenda
"The concept of a prosumer is a late 20th century idea that combines some of the common characteristics of a professional and a consumer. The term is generally applied to situations where consumers are considered to have reached a level of sophistication that the professional-consumer can effectively dictate the perimeteres for the production of goods and services in terms of quality and structure. The difference between the garden variety consumer and the prosumer is that the latter typically possesses ssuch a strong working knowledge of the product that he or she can sucessfully determine and perhaps even design a better product offering."(http://www.wisegeek.com/what-is-a-prosumer.htm)
